Canning Marathon

Liz came over a few minutes before five o’clock tonight and by ten o’clock we had canned ‎33 half-pint jars of Hot Pepper Jelly (four different varieties), 2 pints of Candied Jalapenos, and 5 quarts of Hot Pepper Rings.

I still have an entire bushel of Hungarian Wax peppers to process.   And I’m loving every second of it.
