Day 2 back on track

I’m determined to get back on track with my healthy eating lifestyle.  I walked five minutes yesterday morning, another six last night and was back on this morning for six and a half minutes.  Such small numbers, but better than not walking at all. 

No coffee this morning!!!!  Can’t stand it without cream and sugar, so it’s in the TOO MANY CALORIES TO BE WORTH IT category.  But, I  HAVE A HEADACHE!!!!!!!!   Caffeine needed.
