What day am I on?

I’m not sure how many days I’ve now been eating healthy but I’m still going strong!  And I’ve far surpassed my goal of walking fifteen minutes by this weekend as this morning I was able to walk for twenty-five minutes.  GO ME!

My personal rule is “if you can walk it once, you can walk it.”  So while I think I probably could have made it all the way through to thirty minutes I was a bit chicken. 

Tomorrow is Thursday and after working until midnight or so tonight I plan on stopping for my first in nine days cup of coffee.  The only problem…I hate to waste the calories.  What to do, what to do.
