2.5 for 7

So sleepy again this morning that I reset the alarm and then still hit the snooze button. No time for a half hour walk so again I turned the speed up to 2.5 mph, only this time I pushed through til I hit seven minutes. I felt like I had just done aerobics!!! After steppeding off the treadmill, I sat on the edge of my bed for almost ten minutes calming my breathing. It was ROUGH!
